Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed Progress of WTP PR#156-2004 DETAILS: I spoke with Sue Neson-Mullett regarding the status of the new WTP (PR#156-2004) and the status of their current administrative order issued 02/02/04 (extension issued 11/29/04). DWP granted an extension until 01/01/06 to complete construction, however, the plant is not expected to be completed and put into operation until 01/15/06. Initial sampling and plan review also needs to be completed. I discussed granting an extension until June 30, 2006 to complete construction and plan review requirements. The 1st demo round of 60 LCR tap samples would also be completed by then. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to issue an extension to the order until 6/30/06. St Helens is to complete construction and plan review and 1st demo round of LCR sampling by 06/30/06.
