Details:	SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding a routine TC positive taken on 11/30/05. DETAILS: Operator had a positive TC. Test was taken on the last day of the month because operator had a accident. Steve said he tested a .2ppm residual so he questioned the results of the sample. Operator has one bottle for repeat now and will pick up additional bottles when dropping that sample off. ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeats as soon as possible. Public notice will be needed if any of the samples are positive. Five routines will be needed in the month of December. Nitrate tests are due by the end of 2005. Phase 2/5 will be due in 2006.
