Details:	SUMMARY: Operator called to see if there was any follow - up needed after the compliance letter received from the state. DETAILS: Routine sample taken July 7th was positive for TC. Lab tried to contact the operator by phone but did not leave a phone message. July is a never busy month for the Forest Service employees so when the operator noticed the mail notification of the TC positive it was at the end of the month and he was not able to complete the required repeat testing in time. The five routine samples taken in August were negative for TC. ACTION NEEDED: WSHD to send this contact to DHS and operator/ file.
