Details:	SUMMARY: Monthly routines for February positive TC ACTION NEEDED: Will discuss with DWP Engineer, Pete about chlorinator locations and current status of their plan review. Also may ask for an admin order from Joe Carlson to ge tthem to mmove the chlorinator to the entry point. They may need an AO since they were a SNC that just got resolved and will probably be back on the SNC list again.
