Details:	SUMMARY: 5000 gallon storage tank still in use for chlorine contact time. DETAILS: Sibyl called to inform me that she made a mistake on 4/11/2006 when she told me it was the 5000 gallon storage tank that they disconnectect from the system. Sibyl said it was actually the 500 gallon pressure tank that was removed and a new pressure tank was installed in its place. According to Sibyl, the 5000 gallon storage tank is still in use outside the pumphouse for chlorine contact time. Gary at Alpine pump told her they are still in compliance with contact time requirements and to call me and explain the situation. Given this information, I am rescinding the letter I wrote on 4/20/2006 and associated compliance dates. ACTION NEEDED: None.
