Details:	SUMMARY: Total coliform follow-up. Repeat samples taken on 4-27-06 were all positive. Faxed info to 541-489-3339 Don Hore residence. ACTION NEEDED: Post notice of TC positive violation. Batch chlorinate the reservoir with 1.75 gal of chlorine bleach to bring the chlorine concentration up to 1.5 ppm. Move the chlorinated water throught the distribution by flushing with current hydrants. Pull a sample from the well head to assure source water is good and mark it routine. Pull 4 more routiens after the chlorine residual is back to zero. I faxed a copy of the public notice template to the current operator. The water system needs to have a certified operator for contact.
