Details:	SUMMARY: Update on Membrane Filtration and LCR compliance DETAILS: I called and spoke with Dave Elder, who informed me that they had no significant issues since bringing the new membrane filtration system on-line. He said that their pH had been holding steady at about 7.5 and that they were planning on taking their 1st of two demonstration rounds of 60 lead and copper tap samples. He said that he would check with Howard Burton as to when exactly they were planning on taking the LCR samples. I asked him about as-builts for the WTP and he said that he would check with Neil Sheppeard on when the as-builts would be submitted. ACTION NEEDED: System to submit 1st of two LCR demo rounds and as-builts for PR number 156-2004 to DWP by June 30, 2006.
