Details:	SUMMARY: GFH Arsenic Removal System Installed 8/2005. DETAILS: I received an alert for arsenic at 0.0141 mg/L collected 5/3/2006. I contacted John Saraceno who told me that the 0.0140 mg/L sample was collected directly from the well on 5/3/06 (raw). The sample result of 0.00980 mg/L collected 5/3/06 was from the tap directly after the GFH treatment unit. John didnt trust that result and re-sampled on 5/9/06 with a result of ND. John is sampling quarterly for arsenic and will report only treated sample results from now on. Plan review has not been completed. ACTION NEEDED: Conduct on-site inspection of GFH treatment system and report results to plan review coordinator. Update arsenic sampling schedule with plan review completion. Continue to watch sample results to assure they meet the new MCL.
