Details:	SUMMARY: Positive routine sample on 6/1/06 (Total Coliform and E. Coli positive) DETAILS: 6/5/06 - I spoke with Jim who will turn in repeat samples on Tuesday morning. 6/7/06 - Two routine samples were submitted on 6/6/06 and passed. 6/8/06 - Two more repeat samples passed for a total of four passing repeat samples. 6/12/06 It appears that when reporting the chlorine residual on samples the water system is using the chlorine pump setting of 2.5 rather than the actual residual. I spoke with Jim to make sure that his staff records the actual chlorine residual from now on. ACTION NEEDED: Jim needs to submit five routine samples in the month of July.
