| Details: | SUMMARY: Missing DBP reports DETAILS: in June or July, we received a fax from a lab reporting that Gresham had exceeded the HAA5 MCL (one round, not qtrly average). Joe Carlson investigated the issue and also found that we had not received results from the City since March 2005. The next day the lab sent a corrected lab sheet - one of the HAAs had been off by a factor of 10. I called Marty to inquire about the sampling since March 05, and he said they are doing it quarterly and submitting results along with their MRDLs every quarter. Joe looked for the results, but again could not find them. The MRDLs have been received. I asked Marty to fax the actual lab results (as opposed to a summary created by the City, as we had previously received). I also talked to Rick Hill about this, and he said he was using the format that we had asked them to used from 2001 (for Mike Grimms database back then) and didnt know we required anything different. He said from now on he will send a copy of the lab results, rather than the spreadsheet, since that takes a bit of time. He asked if there was another way he should be submitting the data, and I said that we will work it out on our end, and ensure that all samples received are tracked and ultimately entered. ACTION NEEDED: Rick will fax lab results from 2nd qtr 05 - 1st qtr 06. | ||
