Details:	SUMMARY: # out of 4 repeat samples collected on 7/5/06 tested positive for TC DETAILS: 7/7/06 - Linda plans to shock chlorinating the well again. She is going to wait for a couple of days to allow people to do laundry etc. before the water is of-line again. Per my recommendation, on gallon of chlorine will be poured into the well on the morning of 7/11/06 and recalculated from the well sample tap, back into the well casing for 30 minutes. The chlorinated water will then be flushed into the distribution system until chlorine is smelled at every tap. All water will be shut off and allowed to sit in the distribution lines over night. The distribution system will be flushed to 0 ppm chlorine on the morning of 7/12/06 and special samples will be taken at the wellhead and throughout the distribution to check for the presence of TC. ACTION NEEDED: Linda needs to re-shock the well and distribution system and take special samples. Public notice has already been posted.
