Details:	SUMMARY: One out of four repeat samples collected on 7/11/06 tested positive for total colifrom. DETAILS: Four repeat samples were collected. The two taken at the bar as well as the one taken in the kitchen tested negative for total coliform. The sample taken from the womens restroom (the same location as the original positive routine sample) tested positive for total coliform. After discussion with operator Wanda Chase, the evidence strongly suggests that the womens restroom faucet is a problematic sampling tap. There is not reason to think that the source water has total coliform present with three out of the four samples testing negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of August.
