Details:	SUMMARY: August MCL violation for TCR DETAILS: August 14 and August 15 sampling of the Woodburn distribution system resulted in water coliform positive w/ 3+TC Routines and 6+TC repeats. Negative for Ecoli. ACTION NEEDED: Randy R. Says the sampling is basically from 2 separate distribution areas. One reason for the positives might be line breaks. They are busy flushing and will resample in another day. Also, the system will violate so they are working on the PN. They have considered chlorine residual maintenance, but are not there yet. The wells have all sampled negative.
