Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate monitoring missing for 2005 DETAILS: I returned a call to Kelly and she informed me that they forgot to monitor for NO3 in 2005. I asked her to have a Nitrate test done asap. She asked about reporting the missed test on her CCR. I told her that she would need to include that information on the CCR for the system. She also had a question about reporting a SOC, VOC violation (due to lab late reporting) on the CCR - but she said that she has already spoken to DHS on this and is going to report the violation on the CCR. Kelly also noted that she would no longer be the system operator as of 7/7/06 and said that the system was currently looking for a replacement certified operator. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on Nitrate testing for 2006.
