Details:	SUMMARY: Monthly Routine Taken 8/8/06 positive TC DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Ott, he said work being done on reservoir at the time Coffey came out to sample. Coffey said they would come out the 15th so he though he had time to disinfect, however Coffey came out on the 8th which was right in the middle of the reservoir repair work. Mr. Ott has sent a letter to the lab challenging the sample ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed.
