Details:	SUMMARY: Positive routine coliform sample was collected on 9-6-06 DETAILS: 9-11-06 - Spoke with Valeries husband. There was a leak in the pipe entering one of the storage tanks. The leak was repaired. This is likely the problem. He has already put two cups of bleach in each 1,600 gal storage tank. Repeat sample will be taken at the source. 9-13-06 Per Neilson Laboratory. Four repeat samples were negative for total coliform. I called an spoke with the operator. He said that he thinks he has his automatic chlorinator working better now. We discussed keeping the chlorine residual between 0.5 and 1.0 ppm in the future. I reminded him to take five routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of October.
