Details:	SUMMARY: Two positive total coliform routine samples DETAILS: I received an alert for 2 positive total coliform routine samples taken on 12/13/06. I spoke with Matt on 12/15/06 and Sherry on 12/18/06. The positives were taken at Rooms 1 and 2 and the negatives were taken at Rooms 3 and 4 (upstream) and the laundryroom (downstream). Matt said that he doesnt know why the samples were positive but that the sampler likely did not follow proper sampling protocols. I faxed them proper sampling protocols, public notice, and coliform health effects fact sheet including shock chlorination procedures. I discussed these procedures with them and told them to post public notice and shock. They also said they had a professional out to consider a UV light or chlorination but they had not received the results yet and I reminded them to speak with Tom Charbonneau and Plan Review. We discussed taking 5 routine samples next month. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the 5 routine samples.
