Details:	SUMMARY: Non-Reporter status for 2005 CCR DETAILS: Signe called after receiving a letter from the DWP indicating that their water system did not complete a required CCR for 2005. Signe indicated that it was sent to our Portland office in June 2006, but it does not show up as received on our website. I checked in Portland office, but found no evidence of it, or the certification. Signe instructed to (re)submit both the CCR and the cert form (use most currrent form from website) asap. ACTION NEEDED: Water system to (re)submit 2005 CCR and cert form asap for data entry and credit.
