| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate MCL DETAILS: Nitrate in September was 15mg/1 MCL. Alert was not received. Contact Brian Bergo, who said that Kuo Lab came to collect all chemical and took the Nitrate sample not from the designated tap, but commingled the sample with the other chemicals. The firm does have an RO treatment system and sampling schedule is quarterly. ACTION NEEDED: Brian Bergo contacted Kuo Lab to return this week to sample Nitrate from designated sample tap. Based on sample results firm may resume to monitor quarterly. Firm has Nitrate public notices posted for employees and updates notice annually. | ||
