Details:	SUMMARY: The routine nitrate sample collected on 10/30/06 had a level of 6.39 (over half of the MCL) DETAILS: Per Scott Curry: Despite fairly consistent nitrate samples over half of the MCL (four samples in the past three years) the system needs to go to quarterly sampling (should have been done in 2003 when they went over half of the MCL for the first time) for one year to determine what time of year the nitrate levels are highest. They will then need to sample at the highest-nitrate-level time of year for the annual sampling in the future. 11/20- I spoke with Pastor Dickey and explained the need for quarterly sampling. He has already sampled in the fourth quarter of 2006 and will sample again in the first quarter of 2007. ACTION NEEDED: Quarterly nitrate sampling needs to be performed for the entire 2007 calendar year.
