Details:	SUMMARY: The nitrate sample collected on 03/08/07 had a level of 9.98 ppm. DETAILS: 04/06/07- This alert arrived after another sample was collected on 03/27/07 that had a result of 10.8 ppm. The response to this situation will be based on the 03/27/07 sample that exceeded the MCL. Please see the alert pertaining to that sample for more information on action taken. ACTION NEEDED: The system is over one half of the MCL and is on a quarterly monitoring schedule. The system collected a repeat sample on 04/06/07 in response to exceeding the MCL on 03/27/07.
