Details:	SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program, received notice that the Mr. Terrace MHP did not have a current enabling authority on file with the drinking water program. To ensure MHPs compliance with the due date for submission of the annual summary report and the signed enabling authority, I made contact with Mr. Doetsch as stated in the follow-up action of previous contact reports. He indicated some confusion having received correspondence from several agencies regarding other issues. I went over line by line with him what he needed to fill our on the summary report and urged him to call me if he was not ready to mail out by March 26th. I also included the phone number of an approved plumbing inspector. ACTION NEEDED: Continue communication and availability in the event our services are required for technical assistance with the parks water system.
