Details: SUMMARY: CIS-1,2-DICHLOROETHYLENE DETAILS: The water systems April 2, 2007 VOC sample found a detection of CIS-1,2-DICHLOROETHYLENE. ACTION NEEDED: Gary wrote a letter to Carlton Plants III that they will need to monitor for CIS-1,2-DICHLOROETHYLENE and VINYL CHLORIDE quarterly. If the contaminant level of CIS-1,2-DICHLOROETHYLENE does not go above the maximum contaminant level after two quarterly samples, the system would be reduced to yearly monitoring for this contaminant in January of 2008.
