Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: This is 2nd positive in 2 months. Operator attributed 1st to operator error- but questions this one? Talked to Bud and explained. Following a positive routine for coliform, 4 more samples need to be taken in the same month with one at faucet of bad sample. 5 routines need to be taken in the following month. The logic of multiple samples is to identify the source of the contamination- then verify correction of problem. Bud said he would walk the lines, make sure the tank was locked, open the tank, and see if there is any obvious contamination. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
