Details:	SUMMARY: Cross connection enabling authority DETAILS: HBH Consulting Engineers Inc., representing the ODHS-DWP circuit rider program received notice that the Norwood PUD water system did not have a current enabling authority on file with the Drinking Water Program. I put together the typical packet of information in preparation for an enabling authority presentation including the OARs 333-061-0070, 2006 cross connection annual summary report, and cross connection control enabling authority. Ron was too busy to meet with me due to his contracting business and requested I leave the information with his office staff and any information relevant he may need to complete the documents. Ron is the apparent contact for the Norwood PUD although he mentioned he would be forwarding the document intended for the PUD to someone else. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with the Josephine County drinking water contact to provide a certified cross connection/backflow inspector for the Norwood PUD.
