Details:	SUMMARY: Request for assistance with CT tracer study DETAILS: The Tri-City water district owns and operates a surface water treatment plant and distribution system that supplies water to homes and businesses within district boundaries. After making control changes to the treated water pumping system the water system needed a CT tracer study performed. On January 31, 2007, I performed a CT tracer study at the water treatment plant. Also I have been in consultation with Mr. Kniebel concerning a filter performance problem they are experiencing. ACTION NEEDED: At the request of the district more time may be spent trying to find the source of the filter performance problem.
