Details:	SUMMARY: alert investigation DETAILS: Received an alert for another present total coliform sample dated 8/6/07. The water system had an initial positive 7/5/07, all four repeats taken on 7/6/07 came back present for total coliform. Operator then shocked and flushed the system. Visited site today met with Fred and shock chlorinated the water system again, discussed future permanent disinfection options, UV light or chlorine injection. System plans to shock and flush today and tomorrow then take another sample Monday 8/13/07. Wait for results of next sample. ACTION NEEDED: await results of post shocking sample. Take five routine samples in the month of September 07.
