Details:	SUMMARY: Lead Exceedance DETAILS: I received an alert for an exceedance of the Lead 90th percentile of 0.01795 mg/L taken on 6/20/07. I spoke with Howard James, who said as far as he knows the samples were taken according to protocol. The home that exceeded the action level is a new sampling location and Howard said it is representative of the system. I explained the WQP and source sampling, the public education requirements, and the recommendation for treatment letter to Howard and mailed him a letter outlining the requirements and deadlines. I also asked for a verification of which Tier the sampling sites are in because the Sampling Site Certification forms that have been submitted for the water system in the past has been inconsistent, siting Tier 1, Tier 3, and no Tiers at different times. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of the WQP and source samples and the public education notification.
