Details:	SUMMARY: Wells 3 and 4 are Made Emergency Sources Only DETAILS: Spoke with Ron. He has shut down wells 3 and 4 due to their elevated arsenic levels. They will only be briefly excercised a few times a month to make sure they are operable. By doing this, Entry Point B will be considered an emergency entry point, and regular chemical samples will no longer be required. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to show wells 3, 4 and EP-B as emergency sources, end chemical sample schedules for EP-B.
