Details:	SUMMARY: Work with Administrative order items DETAILS: System has an Administrative Order for approved surface water treatment. I visited the system to review what we could do and status of items listed in the AO letter. On Technical Capacity, Ms Carter has contacted Strainrite Filter for an estimated cost. They have not yet visited the system. She plans on getting two quotes. The reservoir screens will be installed soon. Engineered plans will be issued when the system is installed. I discussed sampling procedures with her. I am assisting her with the coliform sampling plan and awaiting a system map from her. On Managerial Capacity, Martin Klinger has been retained. I helped Ms Carter complete her 2006 ASR and I will help her complete the written O&M manual when the new treatment is on line. The 2006 CCR was submitted July 2007. She has not issued the quarterly public notices as required. She stated she has informed the users of the need for filtration. ACTION NEEDED: I will assist with the O&M manual. Complete written coliform sampling plan when map is received. I contacted Rob Henry about engineering estimate for system.
