Details: SUMMARY: Lifted Boil Notice DETAILS: Pete allowed Mary to lift the boil water alert on the condition that the WS maintain the Astoria intertie until all their reservoirs are full, particularly the upper reservoirs.

Pete based his decision on the information Mary told him that the WS has a fully pressurized system throughout the distribution system - even the uppermost reaches of Lyngstad Heights, Mudd Rd. and other areas - since Monday before you took coliform samples-- that you have a chlorine residual throughout-- that you took coliform samples from those upper reaches on Monday and they came back negative today. ACTION NEEDED: Lift Boil Water Notice
Fill Reservoirs
Do not disconnect the intertie until the upper reservoirs are full.
