Details:	SUMMARY: Contact with operator regarding violation for TC+ in July. DETAILS: Operator was on vaction when I tried to contact him last week. Operator never batch chlorinated the reservoir but believes at the site (57761 Tygh Valley Rd.) was a bad sample site, it was positive both on the initial routine and repeat sample. I told him that the system still is in violation and needs to do notification. If the site is discovered to be bad they could put information in their notification explaining the situation. ACTION NEEDED: Public notification, 5 samples in August, operator plans on removing that 57761 location from a routine sample site.
