Details: SUMMARY: CT Study report, SOP and Decision making process DETAILS: The System was listed as requiring assistance submitting a CT study. Plant SOPs and under-certified operator protocols are also an issue. I reviewed the data collected during the CT Study performed on the 9/30/07. The Roberts Filter Plant was operated at 160 gpm during the study. The vessels used as contact were estimated to be a theoretical time of 169.7 minutes with the storage vessel estimated at 60 percent efficient as a contact vessel due to the type of baffling described. The actual tracer was measured 150 minutes into the study which compared well with the theoretical calculation. The study was finalized and made ready for transmittal. A certified report of the result letter was written as an explanation of the study for review by John Croll, Plant Manager. Some discussions since the visit regarding the need for SOPs and under-certified decision making protocols have taken place in order to evaluate the specific needs. The Association is still determining the duties for Mr Bryant. ACTION NEEDED: Be available for questions regarding the CT Study. Complete the evaluation and written SOPs and under-certified operator protocols.
