| Details: | SUMMARY: State Reg: Routine Quarterly Taken 10/2/07 +TC DETAILS: On Monday 10/8 I spoke to the new contact, Mike, about the recent +TC-- he wasnt aware of it. I asked him to call his lab and make sure they have his contact info and to ask them to do 4 repeats. I explained to him that if any of the repeats are positive he will need to do a public notice, and that he will need 5 temp routines in November. He mentioned that a charter school is now operating there but he didnt know the population. I asked Him to find out and call me back. Mike called back Friday 10/12 and said that the well has been shocked and they are flushing today. Coffey is scheduled to come out Monday 10/15 and take 4 repeats. He also mentioned that the population is 132. ACTION NEEDED: I will talk to Mike about changing the system to NTNC and go over the testing requirement, also let them know they need a small water system operator. I will schedule a sanitary survey too. | ||
