Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat sample on 10/09/07 DETAILS: On 10/19/07 I spoke to Gary for Alpine Pump in regards to the positive coliform repeat samples collected on 10/09/07. We discussed sample collection and potential contamination sources. He sent public notifications and also did a shock chlorination as a corrective action on 10/815/07. He will take repeat samples. He is also aware about the five routine samples that will need to be taken the next calendar month. He will call me once he receives the results. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of routine samples and follow-up.
