Details:	SUMMARY: SNC Investigation DETAILS: Nov 8, 2007 I met with Clay Smith to discuss monitoring problem that have developed into SNCs. Coliform test results are late, 2006 nitrates did not get completed, and DBP did not get done during the 2005-2007 compliance period. ACTION NEEDED: I have followed with two detailed letters and at least one face-to-face conversation.
