Details:	SUMMARY: Survey Follow-up DETAILS: 10/12/07 - I contacted Curt Culbertson to remind him that a major piece of the 8/16/07 survey is chemical monitoring that is due before the end of 2007. Those parameters include nitrate, inorganics, arsenic, SOCs, VOCs and Pb and Cu. Curt said he will get in touch with his lab for containers.10/18/07 - Sent a letter to Jo Culbertson reiterating the phone conversation I had with Curt. ACTION NEEDED: Will watch for compliance.
