Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Repeat Coliform, UV Installation Alert DETAILS: Firm took repeat sample before UV system was installed resulting in two positive repeat samples. Jim Brewer has installed an UV system, approved by Bill Goss. The firm has posted public notice which will remain until the firm can resample (5 routines) on October 8. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples must be taken the first month of the next quarter (4th).
