Details:	SUMMARY: alert total coliform DETAILS: Fred dropped off the public notice today, and stated that all 5 repeat samples (after shocking) came back absent. Original sample taken 1/15/08 was present for total coliform, one of the four repeat samples taken 1/16 was also present for total coliform. Fred shocked the system on 1/18/08 and flushed on 1/20. He then took five more samples in to the lab on 1/20 and received the results today that they were all absent. Fred knows to take five routine samples in February 2008. I also mentioned if Mohawk elementary continues to have problems with coliform, permanent disinfection could be required. ACTION NEEDED: take five routines in February.
