Details:	SUMMARY: TCR Alert DETAILS: On 12/07/07, recd notice from DHS/DWP re: a positive coliform sample collected 12/06/07. 12/10/07, contacted John Jones (name?). We discussed the requirement for 4 follow-up samples in December 2007. Their plan was to collect those samples on Thursday, 12/13/07. We also discussed the requirement for 5 routine samples to be taken in January, 2008. John seemed surprised by this requirement. 12/18/07, The 4 repeat samples collected 12/13/07 were negative. ACTION NEEDED: I will follow up in January, 2008 re: the 5 routine samples.
