Details:	SUMMARY: The Nitrate Sample Collected on 10/12/07 Tested Over One Half of the MCL DETAILS: The nitrate sample collected on 10/12/07 had a level of 8.35 ppm. Based on sampling history this result is not unusual for the time of year that the sample was collected. Nitrate level are occasionally over on half of the MCL but are consistently below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: No additional action will be required at this time.
