| Details: | SUMMARY: Di(2-Ethylhexyl)-Phthalate Dectection at EP-B during 4th Quarter 2007. DETAILS: I received an alert for Phthalates at the Albany-Millersburg EP-B on 2/4/2008 for a sample collected 10/30/2007. The result was far below the MCL and requires EP-B to remain on a quarterly sampling schedule. Additional detects occurred in 2007 and were attributed to some flexible tubing used within the plant that was later removed. Jim is unsure of what could be the cause of the latest detect. ACTION NEEDED: Albany must continue to sample quarterly at EP-B for Phthalate and report the detection in the 2007 CCR. Updated sdwis along with the other sampling schedules. | ||
