Details:	SUMMARY: none DETAILS: I received a phone message on Dec 7 2007 from Joe Carlson (State DWP) regarding a water quality complaint. I also received a phone message from a tenant of the park ( Regina - 503-538-0907) Regina stated in the phone message that she had no water on Thanksgiving day & when service was back, the water was black & had a bad taste. I contacted Melvin Olson (DRC) by phone Dec 10, 2007 He stated a relay went out on morot control of pump. He said there was no issue after that time and the follow-up routine coliform sample he took on Dec. 3, 2007 was negative. ACTION NEEDED: I asked him to fax me the test results since the sate has not received them yet. I also informed him that a boil water notice needs to be issued any time a system loses pressure. I received fax from lab. Test results from sample 12-3-2007 were negative for total coliform and E coli.
