Details:	SUMMARY: Status of water system in regards to recent chronic colifom positives DETAILS: I spoke to Greg this morning to get an update on what this system is doing to return to compliance. He said that the system has been investigating the cause of the coliform problems but havent made any definite determinations. They have gotten help from the Circuit Rider, HBH, and another consultant. Positive samples from the wellhead are indicating a source water issue. Greg talked to the system last Friday 6/25 and they said they are going to install a chlorinator with contact time. They are aware that they need to go through plan review with our office. Greg also let them know that they should do RT samples instead of RPs. ACTION NEEDED: Need to monitor this system closely and make sure they complete plan review on the disinfection system and install it in a timely manner.
