Details:	SUMMARY: Missing coliform bacteria sample results for May 2008. DETAILS: The City of Sweet Home received a violation for not reporting any coliform bacteria sample results for May 2008. SDWIS also shows that none of the June samples have been reported yet, although they are not late at this point. I talked with Tim Sanders today by phone. He said the samples were collected and he will report them as soon as possible (both May and June). He also reported that Doug Atkinson and Guy Davis are no longer plant operators for OMI or the City of Sweet Home. Shawn Moffitt is now the lead operator for OMI at Sweet Home and Tim is the DRC. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of May and June coliform samples.
