Details: SUMMARY: Sodium Permanganate used to oxidie Manganese in raw water. DETAILS: Steve sent an email to notify us that they have re-activated the use of sodium permangante to oxidize manganese in the raw water. The plant was designed in 1954 with the use of sodium permangante. It has been used off and on over the years (used last in 2005 according to our records). ACTION NEEDED: I will update our database to show permangante use.
