Details:	SUMMARY: Missing one out of the required 10 coliform samples for June 2008. DETAILS: The City of Sweet Home received a violation for not reporting enough routine coliform samples in June 2008. We received 9 out of the required 10 samples on 7/9/2008. I spoke with Tim Sanders about it today. He will review their records to see if they did in fact sample 10 locations and will fax the results to me. We also discussed the bigger issue of receiving 4 coliform reporting violations since November 2007. Tim will check the reporting process to assure the reporting time is shortened and to assure all 10 samples are collected monthly. The July samples have not been entered into sdwis yet and may also be counted late which will result in another violation. ACTION NEEDED: Await result of missing sample for June and all samples for July. Monitoring/reporting enforcement order may be necessary to assure reporting is conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
