Details:	SUMMARY: contact with system to confirm testing for Nitrates DETAILS: This water system showed up on the SNC list due to high nitrates. My phone call to Chuck Michael DHS, brought up 2 issues. First the nitrate results taken in June have not been entered into the data base. (Results received from lab and faxed to DMCA) Second, the nitrate removal equipment did not go through the proper steps. I sent Gary Burnett DHS Pendleton, information regarding make and MO# & serial number for the installed equipment. ACTION NEEDED: Gary sent an email verifying installation and OKd the equipment.
