Details:	SUMMARY: no longer chlorinating DETAILS: Joe called because he got a reminder about disinfection by-product sampling. He said that they turned off the chlorinator last October or November 2007 after they put in new treatment. I asked what treatment it was, and if they got approval to turn off the chlorinator. He said it was ozone, and he didnt know anything about plan review or any sort of approvals. I told him it would need to go through PR, and told him in general what we needed. He will contact the company that put in the system and see if they can send over whatever we need. I told him he really shouldnt have turned off the chlorinator and put in new treatment without our approval, and that if we cant approve it, they may have to go back to the way it was before. ACTION NEEDED: marsha sent a letter requesting plan review, hopefully we will get the info we need.
