Details:	SUMMARY: Results for VOC above detection limit from 9-27-08 DETAILS: System is on quarterly testing schedule. According to state records the system lacks 1st & 2nd qtr VOC tests for 2008. Called Patty and she believes that the tests had been done. She will call Pyxis labs to have the results sent to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to verify that quarterly testing continues for a full year.
